Your donation will be used to fund our programs and initiatives aimed at providing food, clean water, clothes, blankets, medical aid, etc. We ensure that every dollar goes directly towards making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

We do not discriminate against culture, religion, race or gender.


2. What percentage of my donation goes to administrative costs?

We strive to keep our administrative costs as low as possible. Currently, 9% (lower than the industry standard) of your donation is allocated to administrative expenses, while the remaining 91% goes directly to our programs and services. This can change from time to time depending on the donations received.


3. Can I choose where my donation goes?

Yes, you can specify a particular program or initiative you would like to support when making your donation. Simply select the appropriate Appeal option on our donation form.


4. Can I choose the donation amount?

Yes, you can specify the amount from $5 (USD) and more.


5. How can I be sure my donation is making a difference?

We are committed to transparency and accountability. We provide regular updates on our website and through our newsletters, detailing the progress and impact of our projects. Additionally, we undergo annual audits by registered accountants to ensure our funds are used effectively.


6. Can I set up a recurring donation?

Absolutely! Recurring donations help us plan and sustain our programs more effectively. You can set up a monthly donation through our secure online donation system.


7. Can I volunteer with your organization?

Yes, we welcome volunteers! There are many ways to get involved, whether locally or remotely. Please send us a message via our contact link at the bottom of this page.


8. How do I know my personal information is secure?

We take your privacy and security very seriously. Our website uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect your personal and financial information. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

We do NOT keep Credit Card information on record, this is kept at our payment Processors only.


9. Can I donate items instead of money?

While financial donations are the most flexible and effective way to support our work, we do accept certain items. Please send us a message via our contact link at the bottom of this page.


10. How do I update or cancel my recurring donation?

You can update or cancel your recurring donation at any time by logging into your account on our website or contacting our donor support team. Please send us a message via our contact link at the bottom of this page if you cannot login or have other questions regarding your subscription.

The Donor Portal is a self-service dashboard that you can visit to manage your donations. Access to the Donor Portal does not require a user name or password. Instead, we authenticate using a secure magic link that is emailed to you when you wish to log in. You need to login in with the email address used when you made a donation.

We measure the success of our programs through a combination of impact assessments, beneficiary feedback, and regular monitoring and evaluation.


14. Can I fundraise for your organization?

Yes, we encourage supporters to create fundraising campaigns to help us achieve our mission. You can set up a fundraising page through our website or contact us for more ideas and support.

15. Are there other ways to support your organization besides donating money?

Yes, you can support us by volunteering, spreading the word about our cause, participating in our events, and following us on social media to stay updated and engaged with our work.

16. I believe there are gifts available if I make a donation?

-Yes, you will receive monthly FOUR Motivational or Self-help ebooks/Slides/Audio files (All digitally downloadable) as long as you are a member who donates on a monthly basis.

-If you make a Once-off donation, you will receive ONE Motivational or Self-help ebook/Slides/Audio file (digitally downloadable). If you make another donation within the same month, then the Gift item will be the same as we only update the gifts once a month. However, you can contact us and we will forward you a separate downloadable file link if you made another once-off donation within the same month.
